Candidates are fully prepped prior to their interview and we personally meet with every client and candidate. We pride ourselves in our professionalism, discretion, integrity and attention to detail. We focus on building long term client and candidate relationships and specialise not only in matching skill sets but personalities and cultures too. We aim to provide exceptional candidates who have the gravitas and personality you require. As a result of thoroughly understanding our clients we provide a shortlist of candidates that match the job specification and fit and we won’t waste your time with long lists of inappropriate candidates. Our consultants are also available out of hours should there be any last minute issues.
Candidate Sourcing
We heavily focus on candidate referrals as our main source of new candidates. In addition to this we use multiple job boards, social media, the Lavender Jones website and SMS and email messaging from our database. We screen each candidate thoroughly prior to them being introduced to a client. Our candidate interviews are exceptionally detailed and competency based. We go through candidate CVs in fine detail and discuss all previous experience, motivations, reasons for career moves, salary expectations, future aspirations, strengths and weaknesses and personal interests. We also ask for references from previous employers.
